Dubai-based entrepreneurs Hina Bakt and Nodira Tursunova from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, founded their company, 'The City of Modest Wear', with the aim of providing all women around the world with a unique and exceptional selection of scarves and hijabs that reflect their values and beliefs.
